The Benefits of In-house Die Making Our ability to make all of our dies in a dedicated on-site tool and die department allows us to control quality, cost, and turn-around, not only on new dies but also on replacement dies as the original is taken out of service. It also allows us to prototype and test new die designs before releasing them to production. All of this means that we can evaluate unusual or unique screening applications and conditions and, if it makes good business sense, develop a design, complete a prototype and bring it to the production floor like no one else in the industry.

Surface Configurations
