From the vast number of trommel screen applications that Polydeck has been involved with, we offer customers the choice of existing designs or we can work with you to create a custom design that suits your specific application.

 

 

 

The patented Doubledex pillar design was developed to create a double deck screen out of a single deck, offering the following advantages:

  • It provides a load relief deck to improve the efficiency of the screen;
  • It allows production of an additional spec product;
  • It provides a heavy-duty impact area on the feed end of a fine opening screen.

 

 

Protective coatings are available for many of our support frames and trommels. Rubber lining or polyurethane coating is recommended for applications that experience high wear due to abrasive ore, corrosive conditions, or high impact.
