Polydex® 12" X 12" modular polyurethane screen panels, made from specially formulated urethane with hardness ranging from 70 to 90 durometer, Shore A, are available in square, slotted, VR(zigzag) and SVR (slotted zigzag) designs. Openings range from 60 mesh (250 micron) to 4" and the panels are available in traditional pin-style and our patented PolySnap® fastening systems. |

In addition to the standard range of Polydex® panels, there are also various options for integrated surface features like skid bars, 1", 2" or 3" dams, deflectors, restricted flow bars, and more. Unlike competitive products, these features are molded into the screen panel, never glued or screwed on.

Polydex® Rubberdex 12"x 24" modular rubber screen panels are made from specially blended natural or synthetic rubber with hardness varying from 40 to 90 durometer, Shore A. These panels are available in square, slotted, round, VR(zigzag) and SVR (slotted zigzag) designs. Openings range from 1/4" to 8" and the panels are available in traditional pin-style and our patented PolySnap® fastening systems.

With the introduction of our ground-breaking PipeTop™ frame design concept in the late 1990's, Polydeck again demonstrated its innovative leadership. The frame's narrow 1/2" support rail or stringer allowed each screen panel to contain more holes, increasing open area by as much as 30%. The next generation PipeTop II™ frame added easily removable polyurethane ferrule inserts to further increase the tremendous versatility and ease of use of this frame system. |
