Polydeck Expands Flexi Product Line

Polydeck has further expanded its Flexi line of rubber screen panels and now offers them in slotted opening sizes from 0.5mm to 50mm, and square openings from 3mm to 50mm. The Flexi screen panel is made of a proprietary, low durometer rubber compound that provides superior flexibility, making it an ideal solution in most applications that deal with the effects of moisture on small particles and fines. Applications where high moisture, either from humidity or ambient water from rain, overspray or dust suppression, causes material to clump together and blind over screen surfaces, are especially suited for the 1' by 2' Flexi screen panel. The motion of the screen deck causes the surface of the Flexi panel to vibrate, which creates a trampoline effect, resulting in minimal, if any, material sticking to the surface. When coupled with Polydeck's Maxi high open area screen panel design, blinding is virtually eliminated. As an added benefit, the Flexi screen panel operates at a much quieter level than competitive steel products.
