Customer had three 8' by 20' double deck banana screens. Steel punch plate on top scalping decks were plugging and bottom decks were blinding over badly, causing lost production from frequent delays for screen maintenance. |
Solution: |
Polydeck installed 65mm VR (zigzag) screen panels on all top decks and 12mm slotted Flexi rubber panels on all bottom decks. |
Result: |
VR screen panel design greatly reduced plugging and Flexi screen panels eliminated blinding, allowing banana screens to maintain maximum production without the frequent maintenance shutdowns. |
