Each area manager has a dedicated Inside Sales professional at the plant in Spartanburg that is his "eyes and ears" from the time the order is entered into our system until it leaves the plant. Close communication between Outside Sales and Inside Sales is critical to the accuracy and timeliness of every order and helps ensure that we're providing our customers with the best service in the industry.
